We are NOT cheap!
We are Good!
We will work WITH you to make it possible for you to have quality dental care. We take Visa MasterCard, American Express, Discover and have access to financing.
If you have dental insurance, be aware that dental insurance is not really insurance, but a benefit from your employer to help offset the cost of quality dental care. Most dental insurance has a limited amount of benefit available ($500 to $1500) This benefit has not kept up with inflation or growth since the 1960's )
Dental insurance benefits just help you to get started...these benefits do not pay for dental services above the minimum. You will need to pay out of pocket to have the quality dental care you desire.
Our commitment is to serve you, rather than insurance companies.
___________
Traditional benefit ("indemnity") plans do not stipulate where you can go. You can see any dentist (especially us!) and receive the full benefits of the policy.
If your benefit plan is a PPO, you will still be able to use it in our office, however your benefits may be slightly less than if you went to a dentist on their list of contracted providers.
If your plan is an HMO / DHMO, you may only receive benefits if you see a dentist on their list of contracted providers. (Dentists that accept much reduced payment...usually do so because they are willing to write off alot of their income to keep a particular group of patients...but there is a limit to the amount that they can give away..before they go out of business)
Our belief in treating you using only our professional judgment and experience is not compatible with the restrictive nature of managed care plans (HMOs). Accordingly, our office is not a contracted provider with HMO or DHMO plans.
Our commitment is to serve you rather than insurance companies.
Your insurance company is responsible to you...not the dentist. Insurance companies pay highly compensated executives, build large buildings and are committed to stockholders ...they do NOT provide dental care.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantees or promises on behalf of your insurance company.
If you need the modern sophisticated dental care available in our office, dental insurance will NOT cover most of that cost. Good things for you often are not free or cheap!
